Boca Raton partner David Itskovich and associate Nick Carbo represented developer OKO Group and real estate investment firm Cain International in matter involving a 57-story office tower in Miami. They received a temporary certificate of occupancy, which will allow tenants to move into 830 Brickell while construction of interior common areas and amenity spaces continues over the next few months.
The Class A office tower began construction in 2020, and it's the first of its kind constructed in the city's Brickell Financial District in more than a decade.
