In an article published in the April 2024 issue of Compliance Today, Nelson Mullins Fort Lauderdale partner Gabriel Imperato interviews James Sheehan of the Attorney General’s Charities Bureau. Imperato asks Sheehan questions about his career with the government/U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), starting with the beginning of his career and what he will do after completing his government career.

"We (Attorney General’s Charities Bureau) oversee the nation’s largest nonprofit sector, with over 100,000 organizations. New York is an international center for the nonprofit sector and graduates of New York schools and organizations manage nonprofits around the world."
