- Commercial mortgage loan sales and acquisitions, including portfolio review, rehabilitation and enforcement prior to sale or following acquisitions
- Commercial real estate acquisition and disposition, development, joint ventures, property management and leasing, property financing, loan restructuring and workouts
Recent Transactions
- Represented multiple international and national banking associations and life insurance companies in the origination and servicing of fixed and floating rate commercial mortgage loans representing more than $10 billion in aggregate debt, ranging in transaction size from $1 million to more than $500 million, on all asset types and in all U.S. states and most territories
- Represented international debt-equity fund in the acquisition of an almost $200 million defaulted commercial loan, including loan enforcement and foreclosure following the note purchase and ultimately redevelopment and financing of the property
- Represented international real estate fund in the $1.2 billion acquisition of an office park, including hotels, restaurants and a golf course
- Represented national life insurance company in the origination of a $260 million financing on a portfolio consisting of retail shopping centers located in multiple states
- Represented national life insurance company in the origination of a $250 million financing on an office complex
