Representative Experience

  • Litigated more than 3,000 healthcare cases.
  • Represented a New Mexico behavioral healthcare entity accused of an alleged overpayment of $12 million and successfully litigated the amount owed to $865.35.
  • Represented an Indiana geneticist whose Medicaid reimbursements were suspended based on credible allegations of fraud and won a federal preliminary injunction lifting the suspension.
  • Obtained preliminary injunctions for multiple behavioral healthcare facilities, oral surgeons, pediatric care physicians, and durable medical equipment companies across the country.
