- Represented hospital in FTC hospital merger investigation
- Represented client in US Department of Justice criminal antitrust investigation; investigation was ultimately closed with no charges filed against the client
- Developed antitrust compliance program and conducted antitrust training for large utility holding company and affiliates
- Represented automobile manufacturers and distributors in multidistrict litigation regarding alleged collusion and other antitrust violations by manufacturers of auto parts and assemblies
- Defended public entity in federal antitrust litigation alleging monopolistic conduct and tying related to utility service
- Represented major healthcare insurer in connection with its responses to DOJ Hart-Scott-Rodino regarding a planned merger transaction, including negotiating discovery and production requirements with the Department of Justice, conducting custodian interviews and data collection, addressing privilege challenges, and performing discovery-related reviews and production, utilizing technology assisted review and other analytical tools for culling and review in another matter and producing 550,000 documents/2.5 million pages to the Department of Justice on an expedited time frame
